In the spring of 2018, the Vermont Commission on Women, with the help of several partner organizations, undertook a year-long qualitative data-gathering initiative called the Listening Project.
The Project included circulation of an online statewide survey, a series of in-person interviews conducted by VCW Commissioners, and events during which VCW Commissioners and community members gathered to share and reflect on their experiences of living in Vermont.
