What: An online lunch hour launch event for the new Leaders for Equity and Equal Pay (LEEP) Toolkit. The toolkit is a unique and powerful DIY resource, containing the Equity Management Tool and a companion handbook, that provides Vermont’s small to midsize employers with the information and methodology needed to conduct in-house, ongoing gender and racial pay equity reviews. Once launched, the toolkit will be FREE of charge and housed on all Change The Story VT partner websites.
Following the launch, event organizers and speakers – including national pay equity expert, economist, and former Massachusetts Lt. Gov. Evelyn Murphy; toolkit creator Frank Sadowski; and the featured Vermont employers who have implemented workplace pay equity practices – will be available for questions from members of the media for 15 minutes.
